The Reverend Debra W. Haffner is Co-founder and President of Religious Institute, Inc. An ordained Unitarian Universalist minister, she is also the endorsed community minister with the Unitarian Church in Westport, CT.

Blanca Godoi

Blanca Godoi is Office Manager and Executive Assistant at the Religious Institute. Ms. Godoi has recently completed a Bachelor of General Studies degree from the University of Connecticut with a concentration in Social Studies and Women’s Studies minor. She completed an internship in the Domestic Violence Crisis Center in Stamford and Norwalk, CT.

Marie Alford-Harkey

Marie Alford-Harkey is the Acting Deputy Director of the Religious Institute. Ms. Alford-Harkey is an aspirant for Holy Orders in the Episcopal Diocese of Connecticut. Ms. Alford-Harkey holds a Master of Divinity degree from Episcopal Divinity School.

Michael Cobb

J. Michael Cobb is Director of Communications and Outreach of the Religious Institute. Mr. Cobb has worked as a consultant specializing in communications and development. His clients have included civil rights organizations, state and local politicians and small nonprofits.
